This photo ended up a 9th place winner.



This week’s theme is “Pink” in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. I knew last week that it was this kind of theme this week and I wasn’t planning to enter this challenge. When I snapped this girl who looked super excited with bubbles at a birthday party yesterday. I knew I had to enter this one for the challenge.

Rancho Palos Verdes Maternity Photographer ~ Offield Family

It was right by the beach at Terranea Resort, (one of my favorite locations) but it was very windy and cloudy. I managed to get some good shots. I learned few days later that her husband is related to the other families I have shot often in the past year. Then, I can see the resemblance between her husband and his siblings. I was so privileged to photograph this extended family.
